About the role
- Executes and drives the people agenda across client groups
- Manages and executes HR programs and HR calendar of events
- Collaborates with HRBPs to deliver a One-HR approach
- Ensures accuracy and timeliness in delivery of HR information
- Provides effective input and communication with the team and leaders
- Operates with a focus on employee engagement and workforce productivity
- Solves problems at the interface of technology, people, and performance
Requirements
- 5+ years of HR Business Partnering and broad cross-functional HR experience
- Demonstrated human resources business partnership and organizational design experience
- Experience collaborating with leaders in a large, global company
- Strong commercial skills with a successful track record
- Ability to balance competing priorities and drive strategic initiatives
- Excellent project management, organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or related field
