About the role
- Partner with business and HR leaders on executing business strategy
- Manage and support the execution of HR processes (compensation reviews, performance and talent management, employee training and development, diversity/inclusion initiatives, employee relations)
- Collaborate with HRBPs, COEs, HR Operations and HRSS on programs and projects
- Support line managers on being stronger people managers and reducing risk for the company
- Identify and escalate service delivery gaps enabling a One-HR approach to ensure accuracy and timeliness in delivery of HR information and tools
- Utilize data analytics to execute on programs of work
- Participate in HR service delivery workstreams
Requirements
- 3+ years of HR Generalist experience
- Demonstrated ability to be a resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
- Demonstrated results orientation
- Excellent project management, organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, conflict resolution skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
