About the role
- Build and shape the Inside Sales department in the Netherlands
- Daily contact with dairy farmers and partners by phone and email
- Manage and optimize our webshop
- Order processing and customer support in Salesforce CRM
- Support marketing campaigns and promotions
- Create reports and customer analyses from the CRM
- Close collaboration with animal health specialists and the Country Manager Benelux
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree (MBO+ / HBO level)
- At least 3 years' experience in inside sales, ideally B2B
- Strong commercial orientation, proactive and customer-focused approach
- Ability to switch flexibly between customer contact, administration and sales
- Affinity with the agricultural sector is a plus (but not required)
- Experience with Salesforce is an advantage
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
- An independent role with room for your own ideas
