Drive the definition and execution of Agility’s multi-year product and innovation roadmap, integrating hardware, software, AI, and systems engineering.
Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across R&D, Product, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams.
Establish program governance frameworks, milestones, and KPIs to ensure delivery of high-priority initiatives on time, within scope, and at quality.
Anticipate and mitigate risks in complex technical programs while maintaining agility in execution.
Lead, influence and collaborate across leadership to ensure strategy and tactics are aligned with OKRs and overall objectives for Agility to lead across markets.
Partner with Product and Innovation teams to translate market opportunities and customer requirements into actionable development priorities.
Build and lead program management processes that enable scalability, repeatability, and disciplined execution across the organization.
Act as a thought partner to senior leadership, synthesizing data, insights, and trade-offs into clear recommendations and decision frameworks.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across all program teams.
Represent Agility in key strategic forums, both internally and externally, as a leader in humanoid robotics execution excellence.
Drive results alongside peers within the Strategy & Program Execution office while ensuring cross-functional and cross-program visibility, progress and advancement from within the Office of the CEO.
Requirements
15+ years of experience in program management, strategy, or product execution, with significant exposure to complex hardware-software systems.
Proven ability to drive large-scale, cross-functional initiatives from concept through commercialization in robotics, early-stage complex technology, aerospace, or advanced technology.
Strong strategic and analytical skills, with experience translating vision into executable programs that deliver measurable outcomes.
Demonstrated leadership presence with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and guide technical teams.
Experience with robotics, AI/ML, integrated systems and automation environments (e.g., logistics, manufacturing, warehousing) strongly preferred.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related technical field required.
Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related technical field in conjunction with MBA strongly preferred.
