• Drive the definition and execution of Agility’s multi-year product and innovation roadmap, integrating hardware, software, AI, and systems engineering.
• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across R&D, Product, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams.
• Establish program governance frameworks, milestones, and KPIs to ensure delivery of high-priority initiatives on time, within scope, and at quality.
• Anticipate and mitigate risks in complex technical programs while maintaining agility in execution.
• Lead, influence and collaborate across leadership to ensure strategy and tactics are aligned with OKRs and overall objectives for Agility to lead across markets.
• Partner with Product and Innovation teams to translate market opportunities and customer requirements into actionable development priorities.
• Build and lead program management processes that enable scalability, repeatability, and disciplined execution across the organization.
• Act as a thought partner to senior leadership, synthesizing data, insights, and trade-offs into clear recommendations and decision frameworks.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across all program teams.
• Represent Agility in key strategic forums, both internally and externally, as a leader in humanoid robotics execution excellence.
• Drive results alongside peers within the Strategy & Program Execution office while ensuring cross-functional and cross-program visibility, progress and advancement from within the Office of the CEO.
