About the role

  • Develop and manage product roadmaps and priorities, incorporating feedback from internal and external stakeholders as well as supporting data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle to optimize and commercialize mobile solutions.
  • Ensure business requirements are documented and integrated into product roadmaps and resulting products.
  • Enhance products, improve customer experience, and boost operational efficiency using Artificial Intelligence.
  • Contribute to BizzyCar’s cutting-edge AI Agent products, working at the forefront of Agentic technology.
  • Represent BizzyCar at industry events and with prospects, clients, investors, and business partners.
  • Stay current on automotive industry trends and develop innovative solutions.
  • Implement an effective product development and prioritization process rooted in regular stakeholder communication.
  • Define and establish metrics for product planning and feature releases to measure success of new and established features.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience as a product owner or product manager in a B2B SaaS environment, with a strong emphasis on mobile experience.
  • Extensive expertise in all levels of product life-cycle, including requirements gathering, design, planning, acceptance testing, deployment, and iteration.
  • Proven track record of developing market-leading products and defining or owning a product area.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead a high-performance product management team.
  • Familiarity with Data Science, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, including the ability to assemble and interpret data, create executive summaries, and deliver actionable business insights.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities, manage tradeoffs, and evaluate new ideas with stakeholders, driving consensus while focusing on overarching business priorities.
  • Experience working in a start-up environment, showing adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced setting.
  • Highly proactive, self-starter capable of managing multiple projects effectively.
  • Hands-on product management experience, demonstrating both leadership and individual contributor skills.
  • Superior communication skills, with the ability to prioritize and communicate effectively at team, executive, and company levels.
  • Automotive retail and manufacturing experience is a plus (dealerships and OEMs).
  • Must be data driven and have some familiarity with vibe coding.
  • Bonus points for experience with prompt engineering.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; company does not provide visa sponsorship and requires Form I-9 documentation.
