About the role

  • Responsible for the design, build and implementation of complex SAP solutions from an application and business process standpoint\n
  • Work with business and Agiliti Digital Solutions team leads to design, build, and implement complex solutions leveraging SAP capabilities\n
  • Define systems strategy, develop systems technical requirements, design and prototype testing, and define support procedures, plus implement workable business solutions\n
  • Identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements including the facilitation of workshops to collect business requirements\n
  • Analyze system user requirements to define and design system interfaces, enhancements, and/or modifications\n
  • Work closely with the business and functional teams regarding the viability of business requirements and the potential impact\n
  • Design Interface solutions based on Functional Specs and the review of technical specifications\n
  • Advise on automating transaction, master data integration and order management\n
  • Support the implementation and migration of projects\n
  • Involved in gathering, consolidation, cleansing and uploading of master data (ex. Material Master, Info records, Vendor master and Customer master) from legacy systems and load data to SAP\n
  • Stay up to date on SAP solutions and bring forward recommendations to business partners where new feature functionality can solve Agiliti business problems

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related degree\n
  • At least 8+ years of work experience in SAP for manufacturing, or services environments, implementing SAP applications\n
  • Hands-on manufacturing configuration experience in S/4 HANA 2023 with at least one full implementation/migration project\n
  • Experience implementing SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud in a manufacturing plant\n
  • Expertise in SAP Best Practices for discrete manufacturing in make-to-stock and make-to-order environment\n
  • Experienced in production planning (PP) and quality management (QM) master data, Planning strategies - sales and operation planning, material requirement planning, distributed resource planning, production order, capacity planning and KANBAN\n
  • Configuring plans, work centers, equipment records, and other essential elements that support the maintenance operations\n
  • Expert in Shop floor execution (SFC), Order creation, scheduling, release, confirmations, Serial number management, Equipment creation etc\n
  • Knowledge of quality management planning, QM in procurement, QM in sales, Inspection lot processing, result recording, quality certificate, defect management, sample management quality notification\n
  • Strong cross-functional integration knowledge across the SAP Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales modules\n
  • Experience in designing BTP solutions for Public Cloud\n
  • Experience in creating/configuring workflows\n
  • Strong knowledge of APIs and how SAP connects with other 3rd party applications\n
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in an Agile environment and advanced-level understanding of the agile scrum framework\n
  • Must be result-oriented and demonstrate a good attitude – adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness\n
  • Ability to lead design workshops and fit-to-standard discussions\n
  • Experience working with global delivery teams leveraging offshore resources\n
  • Ability to multitask and work on multiple deliverables concurrently in an Agile environment\n
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities with minimum supervision\n
  • SAP Mfg Solutions Architect Specifics Certification in SAP Manufacturing preferred
