Support customers with on-site installation, preventive maintenance, and repair of Agilent LC / LC-GC systems.
Diagnose and resolve product performance problems.
Ensure customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations.
Proactively respond to potential equipment issues to prevent interruptions.
Deliver fully integrated solutions including peripherals, communications, operating systems, and application software.
Train other field engineers and customers in solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or other university-level degree in a science-related field (e.g., Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or similar) is highly preferred.
1–2+ years of hands-on experience with Liquid Chromatography (LC) and Gas Chromatography (GC) systems.
Familiarity with Liquid and Gas Chromatography (LC and GC) systems.
Ability to solve high-impact problems related to product availability.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer relationship-building skills are essential.
A valid driver’s license is required for this position.
