• Support customers with on-site installation, preventive maintenance, and repair of Agilent LC / LC-GC systems.
• Diagnose and resolve product performance problems.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations.
• Proactively respond to potential equipment issues to prevent interruptions.
• Deliver fully integrated solutions including peripherals, communications, operating systems, and application software.
• Train other field engineers and customers in solutions.
