About the role
- Support customers with on-site installation, implementation, maintenance, and repair of company and multi-vendor systems solutions
- Installs and optimizes hardware/software/network products and configurations at customer sites
- Diagnose and resolve product performance problems
- Train other field engineers and customers in solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree within the science field – e.g., chemistry, analytical chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, or similar
- 4+ years of experience as a field service engineer or as an end user of LC/LCMS analytical instrumentation
- Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Must have a valid driver's License
- Must live in the greater San Diego area.
