About the role
- Attract, retain, and develop a motivated and skilled team of developers
- Hold final accountability for the estimations and implementation of the roadmap
- Manage our agile team and processes
- Manage subcontractor relationships, including selection, scoping, and follow-up
- Establish and maintain a relationship with stakeholders, such as support team, customer success, project management, and sales
- Lead two internal teams and third-party development teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience formally or informally leading people
- Experience with Agile development and the relevant toolsets
- Knowledge of Ruby on Rails is highly desired
- Experience with CI/CD and cloud-hosted solutions is a plus
- Experience in a lab or resource management environment is helpful
