About the role
- Manage installed base inventory and service contracts to ensure optimal service levels and seamless contract setup
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive growth by designing tailored service solutions that meet customer needs
- Provide accurate business forecasts for your territory and take full ownership of delivering results
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging the full portfolio of services to maximize customer value
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships while actively developing new connections to expand market presence
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific field, or equivalent professional experience
- at least 5 years of experience in laboratory product sales, ideally within Agilent’s markets
- Strong negotiation skills across all organizational levels, including occasional engagement with C-suite executives
- Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical, Biopharma and Chemical Analysis industry would be a valued asset
- Perfect networking abilities to integrate customer priorities and influence key internal and external partners
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with leading CRM systems is an advantage
- Valid driving license
