About the role
- Promoting and selling service contracts to assigned accounts across Scotland and North East England
- Maintaining and developing existing contracts and generating new business to reach financial targets
- Regular travel to customer sites within assigned territory
- Managing the installed base inventory, service levels and contract set-up
- Creatively tailoring solutions to meet customer requirements
- Generating new business possibilities and identifying sales opportunities
- Driving account plans for growth
- Monitoring and reporting contract performance and value
Requirements
- A Bachelor or Master’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Some experience in sales, preferably within Agilent’s markets or in enterprise services such as software or IT
- Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical, Biopharma and Chemical Analysis industry would be a valued asset
- Perfect networking abilities to integrate customer priorities and influence key stakeholders
- Full drivers license
- Fluent in English
