Program Manager

• Act as the primary customer point of contact for a multi-team development effort, proactively communicating significant status updates as well as risks and impediments to delivery
• Make regular updates to a risk register and review the register with delivery teams and VA stakeholders
• Contribute to the coordination of multiple interdependent workstreams by providing input into high level project plans and Gantt charts maintained by VA program stakeholders
• Ensure that delivery teams are staffed adequately and appropriately for effective delivery, raising concerns and advocating for changes when the team is not properly staffed
• Establish strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders while fostering an exceptional first impression of Agile Six’s culture and delivery effectiveness
• Work with teams to ensure they are creating and regularly reviewing team working agreements and norming documents

• Help the team maintain a pace of delivery that is effective for the customer and sustainable for the team within a complex environment
• Support the practice of delivery within the larger company as needed

Senior Program Manager

Frontend Engineer

• Build digital forms within VA.gov using VA Design System and the VA forms system
• Generate PDFs/JSON while ensuring data integrity
• Integrate with vets-api submission endpoints and coordinate data flow with back-end teams
• Implement complex validations, conditional logic, accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 / Section 508), and privacy controls around PII
• Design multi-party workflows (e.g., employers, medical providers) that feed Veteran and Family Member submissions

• The role is a DevOps Engineer to join a newly formed team. You will design and implement infrastructure-as-code, container orchestration, and deployment automations that power critical services. Day to day, you’ll craft cloud-native build, test, and release workflows that support goals for CI/CD automation, infrastructure, deployments, and security/compliance, embedding controls by default so teams can focus on shipping features.
• You’ll collaborate across the stack, contributing scripts, services, and documentation to shared repositories, while leveraging AI-powered tools such as GitHub Copilot and Cursor to accelerate delivery—always reviewing outputs for quality and security.
• Working closely with product, design, and engineering teammates, you’ll ensure DevSecOps work is visible in user stories and prioritized in the backlog.
• As the ecosystem evolves, you’ll continuously experiment with emerging cloud, AI, and automation technologies to keep systems resilient and developer-friendly.

DevSecOps Engineer

• This UX Designer / Engineer will bring a breadth of UX knowledge across the Human-Centered Design (HCD) process and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). • Design deliverables – Create artifacts at all levels of fidelity throughout the design process, from early sketches to wireframes to polished prototypes, leveraging AI tools to accelerate iteration and generate working code.
• Design system implementation – Apply the U.S. Web Design System (USWDS) and reusable design patterns across the portfolio, collaborating with the Design System team to iterate and improve shared components.
