About the role

  • Lead end-to-end partner-success program that accelerates adoption of a new digital platform used by federal and state agencies; negotiate and formalize agreements; translate each agency’s use cases into actionable implementation plans; drive platform adoption through onboarding, training, and continuous support; proactively identify pain points and orchestrate cross-functional solutions; ensure partners achieve measurable outcomes, strengthen long-term relationships, and surface insights that shape product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
  • This is a Key Personnel role, as stipulated by contract, considered essential to work performance; government review may apply.
  • Please note this position is anticipated, pending contract award response.
  • Responsibilities include: Agreement orchestration; Use-case translation & onboarding playbooks; Training & change-management; Community cultivation; Community insights loop; Success metrics & analytics; Pain-point triage & escalation; Community co-design facilitation; plus contributing to hiring/outreach and communities of practice as time allows.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in partner success, customer onboarding, implementation consulting, user experience research, or strategic account management.
  • Demonstrated success negotiating and executing complex partnership agreements within the public-sector or highly regulated environments.
  • Experience building or moderating online communities (e.g., customer success forums, developer relations programs, public-sector user groups).
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver training programs for diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Experience capturing and reporting success metrics, using data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills within cross-functional, remote, agile teams.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools and services to support partner success and a strong willingness to explore and apply AI where appropriate to improve outcomes for agencies and partners.
  • Has lived and worked in the United States for at least 3 of the last 5 years; able to travel occasionally if a client requires it.
