Lead end-to-end partner-success program that accelerates adoption of a new digital platform used by federal and state agencies; negotiate and formalize agreements; translate each agency’s use cases into actionable implementation plans; drive platform adoption through onboarding, training, and continuous support; proactively identify pain points and orchestrate cross-functional solutions; ensure partners achieve measurable outcomes, strengthen long-term relationships, and surface insights that shape product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
This is a Key Personnel role, as stipulated by contract, considered essential to work performance; government review may apply.

Responsibilities include: Agreement orchestration; Use-case translation & onboarding playbooks; Training & change-management; Community cultivation; Community insights loop; Success metrics & analytics; Pain-point triage & escalation; Community co-design facilitation; plus contributing to hiring/outreach and communities of practice as time allows.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in partner success, customer onboarding, implementation consulting, user experience research, or strategic account management.
Demonstrated success negotiating and executing complex partnership agreements within the public-sector or highly regulated environments.
Experience building or moderating online communities (e.g., customer success forums, developer relations programs, public-sector user groups).
Proven ability to develop and deliver training programs for diverse stakeholder groups.
Experience capturing and reporting success metrics, using data to drive continuous improvement.
Strong facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills within cross-functional, remote, agile teams.
Experience leveraging AI tools and services to support partner success and a strong willingness to explore and apply AI where appropriate to improve outcomes for agencies and partners.
Has lived and worked in the United States for at least 3 of the last 5 years; able to travel occasionally if a client requires it.
