- SUMMARY: As part of our Accounting &Finance team, the Payroll Specialist/Analyst plays a vital role in ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time, while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and government contracting requirements.
- We seek a detail-oriented payroll professional with Deltek Costpoint and UKG experience.
- Job duties include: multi-state payroll processing, maintenance of payroll records, reconciliations, audits, and tax reporting.
- Education and experience requirements: 5+ years, Costpoint and UKG, etc.
- Working Conditions: remote with occasional in-person meetings, etc.
Requirements
- 5+ years of payroll experience, including multi-state payroll processing.
- Hands-on experience with Deltek Costpoint and UKG.
- Strong knowledge of payroll tax laws, wage and hour regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Experience reconciling payroll with the general ledger and supporting month-end close.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills; able to explain payroll matters clearly and professionally to employees.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Payroll processing in Costpoint and UKG.
- Multi-state payroll compliance.
- Payroll reconciliations and reporting.
- Audit support (internal, external, DCAA).
