About the role
- Report directly to Head of Field Marketing (Lisa Schöberl) and Field Marketing Specialist (Federico Orlandi)
- Work closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Partnerships teams in Milan
- Lead Generation: help local sales team achieve targets by directing prospects to Agicap content and events
- Event Planning: support planning, organising and management of webinars, conferences and in-person events hosted by Agicap
- Social Media Management: optimise Italian LinkedIn performance
- Content Creation: prepare articles, white papers, presentations and landing pages (e.g. in Goldcast & Hubspot)
- Growing a Brand: help establish the Agicap brand in the Italian market as the market leader for cash flow management
- Project Management: organise end-to-end projects (e.g. customer video testimonial recordings, requirements, planning, transcriptions)
Requirements
- You are in the final stages of your Bachelor's/Master's degree or have already completed it
- You have initial project management skills and excellent communication skills
- You are ambitious and motivated to achieve your goals, want to learn and drive your team forward
- You have the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, effectively process large volumes of information, and consistently meet deadlines while achieving objectives
- You are a native Italian speaker and you’re fluent in English
- You’re passionate about new technologies
