About the role
- Manage and run your own location as the Member Experience Manager
- Serve as the go-to problem solver, momentum driver, and experience creator for members
- Organize details and communications to ensure smooth daily operations
- Handle all member requests and deliver exceptional days at work
- Use consultative sales approach to identify potential members, conduct tours, and deliver impactful solutions
- Pull together community programming and remarkable events, including behind-the-scenes work to execute them
- Represent Industrious in the local market and actively grow local membership
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a high-quality workplace experience
- In-person presence on site 5 days a week; manage commuting and on-site responsibilities
Requirements
- This is an in-person hospitality role, based on site 5 days a week
- Candidates must live within an easy commute of Dallas, TX
- No member request is too big or too small for you to handle
- You’re energized by people and work well in a team
- Your attention to detail is something people comment on
- You’re resilient and comfortable with challenging and unpredictable days
- You’re willing to get your hands dirty one minute and think big picture the next
- Comfortable speaking with executives (e.g., CEOs) and asking questions when needed
- Strong consultative sales skills: identify needs, deliver solutions, conduct tours
- Event programming and execution skills; able to pull together remarkable events
- Genuine curiosity and ability to connect with the broader business community
