About the role

  • Execute assigned loyalty campaigns from intake through launch, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on scope, and aligned to business objectives
  • Support product GTM strategy and execution as needed
  • Coordinate campaign tasks across internal stakeholders, including affinity marketing, digital marketing, data analytics, business technology, product, and growth teams
  • Manage day-to-day campaign workflows, timelines, and dependencies to support smooth and efficient execution
  • Track and manage allocated marketing budgets, ensuring spend is aligned with approved plans and documented appropriately
  • Partner with external vendors and agencies to support the development of personas, creative assets, and content that enable effective campaign execution
  • Work within the MarTech stack to support campaign setup, execution, tracking, and documentation
  • Analyze historical campaign and performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities that inform current and future marketing strategies
  • Support monthly revenue and expense reporting by preparing variance analyses and summaries of key month-over-month changes
  • Assist in compiling campaign results, performance dashboards, and post-launch recaps for marketing leadership and cross-functional partners
  • Prepare for and support cross-functional working sessions and status meetings to align stakeholders, clarify responsibilities, and maintain project momentum
  • Communicate campaign progress, risks, and dependencies clearly and proactively to product marketing leadership
  • Partner closely with product marketing leadership and growth and product teams to support the development, and ongoing maintenance of sales enablement materials
  • Contribute to a collaborative, solutions-oriented team culture by supporting shared goals and continuous process improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience supporting or executing marketing campaigns, ideally in a product-focused or loyalty-driven environment
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience interpreting campaign, product, or performance data to inform recommendations
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
