About the role
- Oversee the strategic design, implementation, and scaling of the organization's Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and B2B2C marketing functions
- Architect a Marketing-as-a-Service model that bridges B2B relationships with end-consumer activation
- Direct the development of scalable marketing frameworks for enterprise clients
- Hold ultimate accountability for account-based marketing initiatives' performance
- Ensure clear communication of service value to consumer base
- Establish measurement models and define KPIs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Master’s degree or MBA is strongly preferred
- 12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience
- Significant concentration in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and B2B2C environments
- Demonstrated track record of building and scaling marketing functions
- Experience in technology, SaaS, insurance, mobility, or subscription-based service industries is preferred
- Ability to operate effectively in a remote/hybrid work environment
- Requires travel (estimated 20-30%)
