- Successfully close offers and welcome new hires to Agero.
- Role requires the ability to be on-site once per week in Medford, MA.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in client facing recruiting roles
- Proven track record of successfully placing highly technical software engineers, including experts in DevOps, Machine Learning, AI, and QA
- Experience recruiting top-tier Data Scientists, Data Analysts, and Data Engineers
- Skilled at identifying and placing exceptional Product Managers
- Ability to support a wide range of searches beyond technical roles
- Pride in building relationships and partnering with business leadership
- Ability to work in the gray, pivot and remain flexible
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience using GreenHouse (ATS) to build assessment scorecards and manage the hiring process
