  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand goals and build world-class teams.
  • Build a strong network of potential hires and maintain a positive candidate experience.
  • Set interview teams up for success with the right tools and support.
  • Utilize GreenHouse (ATS) to build assessment scorecards and manage the hiring process.
  • Successfully close offers and welcome new hires to Agero.
  • Role requires the ability to be on-site once per week in Medford, MA.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in client facing recruiting roles
  • Proven track record of successfully placing highly technical software engineers, including experts in DevOps, Machine Learning, AI, and QA
  • Experience recruiting top-tier Data Scientists, Data Analysts, and Data Engineers
  • Skilled at identifying and placing exceptional Product Managers
  • Ability to support a wide range of searches beyond technical roles
  • Pride in building relationships and partnering with business leadership
  • Ability to work in the gray, pivot and remain flexible
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience using GreenHouse (ATS) to build assessment scorecards and manage the hiring process
