About the role
- Lead end-to-end delivery management, ensuring execution aligns with defined scope, timelines, and quality standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and effective collaboration.
- Monitor delivery performance through KPIs, metrics, and continuous improvement practices.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate delivery risks, dependencies, and operational blockers proactively.
- Facilitate clear communication with stakeholders, providing visibility on progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Promote best practices in delivery frameworks, agile methodologies, and operational governance.
- Support team development through coaching, feedback, and performance management practices.
- Drive process optimization to improve efficiency, predictability, and delivery maturity.
Requirements
- Proven experience in senior delivery or program management roles within complex, fast-paced environments.
- Strong knowledge of delivery frameworks, agile methodologies, and operational best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a results-oriented mindset.
- Experience managing delivery metrics, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- High level of autonomy, leadership maturity, and decision-making capability.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
