About the role

Build structured agendas and facilitate client meetings.
Capture key decisions and translate notes into actionable tasks using Asana or Trello.
Maintain follow-up systems to ensure commitments are met.
Draft client recaps, status updates, and strategic briefs.
Maintain professional and consistent client correspondence.
Develop client presentations and documents from outlines and templates.
Ensure brand consistency, proofread materials, and maintain consulting standards.
Source, onboard, and manage specialized contractors (copywriters, marketers, creative talent, technical partners).
Manage NDAs, access, and task assignments.
Track SOWs, invoices, and receipts.
Maintain accounting logs and prepare documentation for CPA review.
Maintain organized shared drives, enforce naming conventions, and ensure version control.
Identify automation opportunities and refine workflows for efficiency and consistency.

Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Administration, Communications, or related field).
3–5 years in agency, consultancy, or startup operations with proven client service excellence.
Expert in Google Workspace.
Advanced proficiency in Asana or Trello.
Comfortable with AI tools (LLMs like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini), analytics platforms, dashboards, and data management.
Exceptional writing, editing, and documentation skills. Able to clearly synthesize information and represent a premium consulting voice.
Experience in marketing consultancy or performance marketing preferred. Working knowledge of digital marketing workflows a plus.
