About the role
- Produce new revenue by identifying, sourcing, and closing good-fit prospects.
- Work under compressed deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Perform outbound prospecting activity (40-50 per day) to generate, manage, and grow a pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Handle all aspects of the sales effort from prospecting to closing to Customer Success handoff.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Guide customers through a complex decision-making process.
- Maintain a clean pipeline and accurately forecast revenue.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or related field desirable and one to three years relevant experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1-3 years of successful sales experience ideally in a SaaS B2B selling environment.
- High level of comfort with technology.
- Excellent interpersonal skills (Written and Oral Communication, Listening).
- Collaborative approach and coachable mentality.
- Proven ability to make strong connections and overcome objections.
- Knowledge of Health and Life Insurance industry preferred.
- Self-motivated with a true passion to meet and exceed measurable sales goals.
