About the role

  • Produce new revenue by identifying, sourcing, and closing good-fit prospects.
  • Work under compressed deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Perform outbound prospecting activity (40-50 per day) to generate, manage, and grow a pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Handle all aspects of the sales effort from prospecting to closing to Customer Success handoff.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Guide customers through a complex decision-making process.
  • Maintain a clean pipeline and accurately forecast revenue.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or related field desirable and one to three years relevant experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1-3 years of successful sales experience ideally in a SaaS B2B selling environment.
  • High level of comfort with technology.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (Written and Oral Communication, Listening).
  • Collaborative approach and coachable mentality.
  • Proven ability to make strong connections and overcome objections.
  • Knowledge of Health and Life Insurance industry preferred.
  • Self-motivated with a true passion to meet and exceed measurable sales goals.
