Install, configure, and maintain Oracle Fusion Middleware products, including Oracle WebLogic Server, SOA Suite, Oracle HTTP Server (OHS), Identity Management, and other relevant components.
Administer and manage WebLogic domains, including creating, extending, and configuring domains, clusters, and managed servers.
Implement and manage security for Oracle Fusion Middleware environments, including user and role management, SSL/TLS configuration, and integration with enterprise identity management systems.
Monitor system performance, availability, resource utilization of middleware components and proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
Perform regular system backups and develop and test disaster recovery procedures for Oracle Fusion Middleware environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to middleware components, applications, and integrations, collaborating with development teams and other IT staff as needed.
Apply patches, upgrades, and enhancements to Oracle Fusion Middleware systems in accordance with established change management procedures.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system configurations, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
Collaborate with development teams to support application deployments, migrations, and performance tuning initiatives.
Provide technical expertise and support to other IT teams and business users on Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies.
Ensure the middleware infrastructure is securely configured and compliant with applicable Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and other regulatory standards (e.g., NIST, DISA).
Requirements
Secret Clearance
BS or BA, or 4 years additional related experience.
7+ years of proven experience as an Oracle Fusion Middleware Administrator.
Strong knowledge of Oracle WebLogic Server administration, including clustering, high availability, and performance tuning.
Hands-on experience with Oracle SOA Suite administration and deployment.
Familiarity with Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM) components is a plus.
Proficiency in Unix/Linux operating systems and shell scripting.
Familiarity with cloud environments (e.g., Azure, Oracle Cloud, AWS) is a plus.
Understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and load balancing.
Experience with database concepts and SQL.
Experience working with Oracle support to resolve issues.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
