Technical Writer

• Develop, edit, and maintain technical documentation for telecommunications infrastructure projects.
• Create and maintain project documentation including:
• Site Survey Reports
• Engineering Design Packages
• Installation and Implementation Plans
• Method of Procedure (MOP) documents
• Test Plans and Test Reports
• As-Built Documentation
• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Operations and Maintenance Manuals
• Closeout Packages
• Training Materials
• Work directly with engineers and field personnel to collect technical information and accurately document network infrastructure.
• Review field notes, drawings, photographs, cable schedules, rack elevations, and GIS information for completeness and accuracy.
• Ensure documentation complies with customer standards, contract requirements, and applicable industry standards.
• Develop document templates, style guides, and document control procedures.
• Coordinate documentation reviews with project stakeholders and incorporate comments and revisions.
• Track document versions and maintain configuration control.
• Produce graphics, diagrams, tables, workflows, and process documentation using Microsoft Visio and other documentation tools.
• Assist project teams with documentation planning throughout project execution.
• Maintain document repositories and ensure proper organization of project deliverables.
• Support quality assurance reviews to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness.

Program Manager

• Lead the development of price strategies, pricing models, and cost volumes for proposals ranging from $10K to over $8B.
• Support cradle-to-grave pricing lifecycle, from requirements analysis to pricing submission and negotiation.
• Analyze BOEs, labor mixes, escalation factors, and subcontractor pricing inputs for accuracy and compliance.
• Develop Price-to-Win (PTW) scenarios and competitive assessments using intelligence gathered from previous proposals and market research.
• Ensure alignment with FAR, DFARS, CAS, and TINA regulations.
• Collaborate with capture managers, contracts, HR, technical leads, and partners to produce compliant and compelling cost proposals.
• Create and maintain pricing templates, rate libraries, and internal workflows
• Support ongoing contracts by analyzing and reporting on program financial performance, including EACs, ETCs, burn rates and variance analysis.
• Participate in monthly reviews (IPRs), forecasting, and financial status reporting.
• Maintain data integrity between pricing baselines and program execution.
• Partner with program managers to ensure financial goals align with operational performance.
• Support transition from proposal to execution phases to ensure pricing assumptions translate effectively.

Pricing and Program Control Analyst

Project Manager

• Serve as the Project Manager for a large, complex task order (or a group of task orders affecting the same system) and shall assist the Program Manager in working with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), the task order-level Task Order Managers, Government management personnel and customer agency representatives.
• Under the guidance of the Program Manager, responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with infrastructure engineering teams to survey buildings and communication closets, review technical drawings, validate cable plans and coordinate cable and/or power infrastructure specifics as it relates to the installation of LAN related equipment and hardware.
• Provide the leadership, management, direction, administration, clerical support, documentation, and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee the planning and execution of tasks across several operational teams, to include enterprise technology refresh, Tier 3 firewall support, Tier 3 LAN engineering, warehouse management, and operational technology (OT).
• Provide guidance and oversight for technical team leads.
• Establish and maintain lines of communication and communication cadences within the contract team and with other stakeholders.
• Schedule and attend weekly customer engagements.
• Ensure the quality of technical plans, diagrams, and deliverables.
• Work with the contract team to develop and maintain project schedules, delivering schedule updates in a format acceptable to the customer.
• Review and approve invoices, ensuring that only approved/billable expenses are incurred and that they are invoiced appropriately.
• Single point of contact for interfacing with government management personnel, developing/enforcing work standards, and communicating government policies, purposes, and goals to the team.
• Manage project schedules and resources to ensure deliverables meet government schedules.
• Communicate daily with the AGE Program Manager, team members, and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain an integrated master project schedule.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to include status reports, 8570/8140 compliance, staffing plans, CAC reports, design drawings / redlines, trip reports, travel requests, etc.
• Develop and present In-Process Review (IPR) slides, ad hoc slides for management, and attend required meetings.
• Provide human resources support to include personnel actions (staffing, disciplinary, etc.), mentorship, training, resolve issues/concerns, create personnel schedules, review work discrepancies, subcontractor evaluations, recognition of excellent performance, and complete quarterly/annual evaluations.
• Review, evaluate, and recommend improvements to operations to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and/or Technical Point of Contact (TPOC).
• Review and approve technical solutions and provide staff recommendations for improvement.
• Review subcontracts, modifications, and other contractual documentation providing assessments and recommendations to management.
• Lead hiring activities to include creation of job requisitions, review of resumes, conduct interviews, and complete onboarding activities.
• Develop and update the Task Order Management Plan (TOMP).
• Provide AGE leadership with weekly and monthly status updates on program performance.
• Develop and submit management plans, reports, dashboards, and metrics.
• Establish and maintain a Communications Plan, communicating consistently with stakeholders on daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Proactively identify and address risks/issues and communicate those issues to AGE management and/or government management as appropriate.
