2D Artist

• Create visually compelling concept art for films, TV, interactive, and experiential projects.
• Generate both finely tuned concepts as well as broad-stroke, wide-net explorations to support creative development.
• Work across a range of genres including live action, animation, grounded, fantastical, and more.
• Design a wide array of concepts — from individual creatures, characters, vehicles, or props to entire scenes, environments, visual languages, world-building, lighting, and overall look & feel.
• Use both traditional tools such as Photoshop or Corel Painter as well as emerging ones such as ComfyUI workflows in your design process.
• Leverage 3D software (Blender, Maya, Cinema4D, etc.) as a plus for concept modeling and design exploration.

Executive Assistant

• Provide organizational support and maintain up-to-date awareness of CCO’s schedule, priorities and obligations in order to proactively assist, flag, and anticipate CCO and Company needs
• Use independent problem solving and judgement to handle administrative challenges and decision making without the involvement of the CCO
• Partner with other Company assistants in the effective preparation and organization of Company meetings and calls for senior executive staff
• Support the CCO in meetings and calls by ensuring they receive all requisite materials and background in advance, taking notes as required, and following up on resulting deliverables or action items
• Provide first-class hospitality for office visitors and guests of the CCO
• General administrative duties including managing calendars, answering phones, travel arrangements, preparing expense reports, organizing executive meetings or calls for C-level executive staff
• Provide support for large company meetings including presentation preparation and day-of coordination
• Coordinate and organize project-related materials following company administrative policies
• Act as liaison between the executives, internal and external contacts and follow up with departments to ensure requests are carried out
• Intuitively handle various tasks and challenges as they arise

People Operations

• Manage and execute onboarding process for new hires, interns, and production staff, coordinating with Production, Accounting, IT, and Facilities.
• Track production staff assignment dates and maintain clarity and alignment with relevant departments and new hires.
• Organize and improve new hire orientation sessions; conduct intern exit interviews and coordinate offboarding meetings.
• Coordinate and administer offboarding processes including termination checklists, equipment return, system access removal, final timesheet submissions, and exit documentation.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple departments and time zones; serve as secondary point of contact for candidates.
• Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and artist management CRM; assist with job postings, sourcing, and screening for internships and entry-level roles.
• Support Internship Program event planning and temporary hire recruitment projects; maintain confidentiality of candidate and company information.
• Track and monitor performance review cycles and respond to employee/manager questions about the process.
• Assist with salary tracking, compensation reports, employment verifications, and unemployment claims.
• Prepare and manage monthly HR reports and dashboards; maintain organizational charts.
• Provide project support across People & Culture initiatives, LOA administration, I-9 compliance, timesheet reminders, payroll basic data entry, and general HR administration.

• Design and build immersive, interactive maps and environments using UEFN Script gameplay logic, events, and systems using Verse
• Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, artists, and creative leads to execute on the project vision
• Optimize assets and levels for smooth, cross-platform performance
• Experiment with layouts, pacing, and modular workflows to support quick iteration
