• Overall responsibility for planning, managing and implementing group-wide HR-IT rollout projects with a current focus on ORTEC and digital rostering
• Coordination of the group-wide roll-out plan including prioritization, scheduling and alignment with our facilities
• Analysis of existing workflows and development of standardized, efficient and digitally supported rostering processes
• Central interface between facilities, rostering teams, HR departments, IT and external service providers
• Support for system configuration, testing, acceptance and optimization of ORTEC solutions
• Accompany training and change-management measures and establish group-wide standards in rostering

HR-IT Specialist, Projects, Rostering

Payroll

• Maintain, optimize, and further develop database structures related to our payroll system LOGA3
• Set up, manage, and enhance interfaces to adjacent HR systems, in particular roster and time management systems
• Create and further develop analyses using Scout and support Controlling and business units with data-driven questions
• Ensure stable and reliable system operations across payroll, HR, and related IT systems
• Support release changes, perform test runs, and drive technical enhancements in the LOGA environment
• Work closely with the payroll team and other HR-IT specialists at the interface of technology and payroll
