Develop and implement instructional design strategies for online and in-person courses, ensuring an engaging and impactful learning experience for students;
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create relevant, high-quality course content, including text, video, audio, and interactive materials;
Ensure course user interfaces are intuitive, attractive, and easy to use, with a focus on user experience and accessibility;
Actively participate in the development of new educational products and features, from concept to launch, contributing instructional design and UX insights;
Efficiently manage schedules and resources to ensure timely project completion, working with multidisciplinary teams and maintaining clear, transparent communication;
Schedule class recordings and coordinate the delivery of supplementary materials with subject matter experts;
Request, receive, and review learning objects (lessons, flashcards, chapters, live sessions, etc.) submitted by instructors to ensure they meet the basic requirements defined in the Instructional Design guidelines.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) in Pedagogy, Instructional Design, Business Administration, or related fields;
Experience in developing instructional designs;
Knowledge of content hierarchy and structuring;
Project management (agile methodologies or PMO);
Proficiency with LMS platforms and their main features;
UX/UI design and familiarity with user-centered design principles;
Experience in developing educational products.
