We are looking for a Design Thinker to join our team and work on change management and governance for a SAP Ariba implementation at the client. The professional will play an important role in developing human-centered solutions, ensuring the transformation is successful and that end users fully adopt the new tool.
Ecosystem Understanding: Conduct research and analysis to understand the current environment, the challenges of implementing SAP Ariba, and the client's expectations regarding governance and change management;
Mapping and Diagnosis: Carry out a detailed diagnosis, mapping stakeholders and analyzing organizational culture to identify the main impacts of the new tool on processes and people;
Co-creation of Solutions: Participate in designing and prototyping change management solutions, such as communication and engagement plans, digital materials, and workshops, always focusing on the user journey;
Empathy and Engagement: Help put people at the center of the process by understanding their habits, emotions, and motivations to mitigate resistance and foster widespread adoption of the new corporate culture;
Execution and Delivery: Work together with the Change Management and Governance team to implement the strategies and plans developed.
Requirements
Experience with Design Thinking: Strong ability to apply Design Thinking principles, including empathy, research, ideation, and prototyping;
Human-centered Mindset: Capacity to go beyond tools and processes, carrying out actions that communicate the purpose of the transformation and change people's mindsets and values;
Collaboration and Communication: Experience in co-creation with leaders and employees, and in collaborating to drive engagement and readiness for change;
Project Perspective: Ability to work across all project phases, from research and strategy to ideation, testing, and validation.
