About the role
- Develop visual materials for sales: social media posts, commercial presentations, and visual treatments for client project approvals;
- Oversee project execution, ensuring briefings are followed with quality and consistency;
- Research visual language references, artists, and viable creative processes for each request;
- Provide creative direction to partner artists and, when necessary, work hands-on to ensure excellence in deliverables;
- Collaborate with the creative and production teams to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
Requirements
- Experience in agencies, design studios, or illustration studios;
- Advanced proficiency with the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign);
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides);
- Strong knowledge of typography;
- Proficiency in animation and video tools (Premiere and After Effects);
- Affinity for social media and understanding of algorithms is a plus.
