Revenue Operations

• Own day-to-day administration and long-term evolution of our GTM systems, including HubSpot, DealHub, Planhat, Gong, and Outreach.
• Lead system rebuilds and re-architecture initiatives, including CRM and GTM tooling cleanups, grounded in RevOps best practices and configuration standards.
• Assess existing system setups, identify technical debt, and execute rebuild plans that improve usability, scalability, and data quality.
• Translate GTM strategy and business requirements into clean system design, including objects, workflows, automations, integrations, and permissions.
• Partner with the Data team using BigQuery and Tableau, enabling Reverse ETL for enrichment and operational activation.
• Establish and enforce data governance, naming conventions, documentation standards, and change management processes.
• Own system testing, release management, enablement, and adoption for all major changes.
• Support evaluation, selection, and implementation of new GTM tools as the business scales.
