About the role
- Assists in developing long-range strategic plans, advises, consults, and coordinates activities with division management, internal departments and external customers.
- Responsible for scoping complexity of integrations and coordinating all activities internally including contracts, technical integration, customer readiness, and launch plans.
- Works with service providers and management on high profile launches.
- Conducts due diligence and risk assessments on prospective partners.
- Works with marketing communications to design effective programs and campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 6 years of professional job-related work experience
- Experience with external facing sales accounts
- Knowledge of new product and market segment development (preferred)
- Advanced problem resolution skills
- Strong project management skills
