Chief Operating Officer

• End-to-end service delivery: Every step of the customer journey: booking, MRI scan, blood draw, genetic input, results delivery, and the handling of medically significant findings. You own quality and consistency across all of it
• Partner network and capacity: Securing and managing scanner time, radiologist reads, and lab and phlebotomy capacity. Keeping utilization high and partner relationships strong
• Geographic expansion: Building a repeatable market entry playbook, starting with Germany. The goal is a model the next market can copy
• Unit economics and operational finance: Cost per scan, throughput, partner economics, and contribution margin above 30 percent. Current pricing is CHF 1,690 per 30-minute scan, with the ambition to drive all-in cost below EUR 1,000. You will also support Series A operational due diligence
• Team and operating cadence: Building the ops organization, hiring and upgrading the team, and running the internal rhythms that keep the business moving
• Operational compliance and clinical governance: In partnership with the CMO, including German HWG advertising rules and other regulatory requirements across markets

Chief Operations Officer

Full-stack Engineer

• Own the technical architecture and direction for Aeon's platform — the patient-facing health platform, the medical partner portal, and how AI modules integrate
• Code daily alongside the team: this is a hands-on role, especially during the first year
• Define and role model the company software engineering culture and rituals
• Lead code reviews, technical decisions, and engineering standards
• Drive the team's evolution toward AI-native development - not just using AI tools, but fundamentally rethinking how we design, build, and ship software
• Recruit, mentor and elevate newly joining team members over the coming years
• Partner closely with the CPTO and Growth team on roadmap and architecture trade-offs
• Work on the transition to medical SaMD processes together with our regulatory specialist, and take ownership of GDPR and similar compliance areas.

• Your mission is to act as the bridge between Product and Go-to-Market.
• Design the full ecosystem of touchpoints that influence acquisition, monetization, and retention.
• Shape how Aeon communicates visually and interactively across product and marketing.
• Design high-performing landing pages and booking funnels.
• Translate positioning into clear and effective visual communication.
• Create campaign visuals and support video assets together with the marketing team.
• Adapt messaging and creative language to our ICP.
• Preventive healthcare requires a careful balance between education and conversion.
• Design digital product experiences with strong UX fundamentals.
• Develop interaction patterns, information architecture, and user flows.
• Improve clarity, usability, and trust within the product.
• Design retention-driving interfaces and communication flows.
• Design touchpoints across the full customer journey.
• Shape interactions between Aeon, patients, and medical professionals.
• Build and evolve scalable design systems in Figma.
• Ensure visual and interaction consistency across web, product, campaigns, and service.
