Maintain and optimize enterprise data storage systems including various Azure & AWS storage services, SharePoint, OneDrive, Dataverse, Microsoft Graph-connected services, and storage in SaaS applications.
Prepare and manage unstructured data (e.g., PDFs, Word documents, RFPs) for AI use cases such as Copilot and generative models.
Assist in implementing and monitoring data governance policies and system-level access controls.
Contribute to the design and upkeep of secure data zones for AI tools, data reporting, and analytics.
Support the organization and maintenance of metadata, vector databases, data warehouses, and lakehouses.
Collaborate with data owners to manage permissions and ensure proper access across teams.
Help integrate external data sources (e.g., AWS, third-party APIs) into Microsoft’s AI ecosystem.
Collaborate with Security, Solutions, and Infrastructure teams to identify and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans and procedures.

Requirements

Post secondary education in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
2–4 years of experience in data operations, cloud services, or enterprise data management.
Solid understanding of Microsoft cloud platforms and data governance principles.
Experience working with unstructured data and metadata management.
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their data requirements.
Exposure to vector databases and semantic search technologies (preferred).
Experience with Microsoft Copilot or similar AI tools (preferred).
Basic knowledge of external cloud platforms like AWS or GCP (preferred).
