About the role

  • Own the end-to-end sales process from prospecting and lead qualification to product demos, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing.
  • Understand the unique needs of medical practices and deliver tailored solutions from our EHR, practice management, RCM, patient engagement, and telehealth platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing and inside sales (SDRs) to generate, qualify, and nurture a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Conduct persuasive, value-driven virtual demos and presentations to physicians, office managers, and decision-makers.
  • Accurately forecast and manage opportunities using Salesforce CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and clear documentation.
  • Work closely with implementation, support, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on healthcare technology trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to better position AdvancedMD solutions.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas in a high-activity environment.

Requirements

  • B2B sales experience, some experience in SaaS or healthcare IT a plus
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in a high-velocity sales environment
  • Strong understanding of medical practice workflows and revenue cycle management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
