About the role
- Own the end-to-end launch program strategy, from planning through post-launch evaluation
- Define and coordinate launch readiness criteria, milestones, risks, and dependencies across cross-functional teams
- Lead internal launch enablement, ensuring Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Support, Implementation, Finance, and RCM teams are aligned, trained, and equipped
- Identify, escalate, and resolve launch risks and tradeoffs to protect customer experience and business outcomes
- Own and lead the product-led communication strategy for launches, ensuring messaging is clear, timely, and aligned to customer value
- Define communication objectives, audience segmentation, timing, and success measures for in-app announcements, enablement, and phased rollouts
- Partner with Client Success Program Managers to deliver quarterly and on-demand organizational boot camps for feature releases and sellable launches, supporting Sales and Marketing strategy and launch artifacts
- Present clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to Product and Executive leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, operations, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in launch program management, product operations, or go-to-market roles within a SaaS or enterprise software environment
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional enterprise launch initiatives end-to-end
- Demonstrated success defining launch readiness frameworks, managing scope and risk, and driving structured decision-making
- Experience leading product-led communication strategies and measuring adoption and engagement outcomes
- People management experience, including direct leadership of program or operations roles
- Strong analytical skills with experience translating data into executive-ready insights and recommendations
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without formal authority
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while scaling repeatable processes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage competing initiatives
- Proven ability to interpret business challenges and recommend strategic, outcome-driven solutions
- Personal track record of being thorough, decisive, and professional in high-visibility situations
