About the role
- Achieve or exceed district total sales and profitability goals
- Ensure commercial customer retention & relationship growth
- Selection, hiring, development, goal setting, performance management, coaching
- Conduct regular store visits providing action plans to achieve full market potential
- Teach business acumen by review of profit and loss statement with General Managers
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience managing a team of 10-20 General Managers
- Knowledge of store operations and processes
- ASE P2 certified or ASE ready equivalent
- Ability to recruit, select, hire and develop quality General Managers
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of automotive systems preferred
- Speak and write English (Spanish a plus)
