About the role
- Manage or co-manage risk management and anti-bribery and anti-corruption compliance programs
- Continually identify, develop, and implement program improvements to address risks
- Ensure daily compliance disclosure and case processes are operating efficiently
- Analyze, define, develop solutions to resolve issues
- Create and distribute clear communications for complex compliance programs
Requirements
- 5 years of proven experience leading and supporting complex third-party compliance or risk management programs
- Self-starter, strong sense of judgment, attention to detail, resourceful, and ability to prioritize multiple projects
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills using data for decision-making
- Exceptional project management skills; PMP or similar certifications preferred
- Experience with Microsoft suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
