About the role
- Own and articulate the long-term vision for imaging across Adobe Express
- Lead initiatives to introduce AI-first workflows and imaging improvements within our suite of editors
- Drive clarity, design consistency, and product alignment—both within Express and across partner products
- Identify and craft user journeys that include image editing, from SEO entry points to home surfaces and in-editor tools
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and engineering teams to deliver delightful, scalable solutions
Requirements
- Proven track record of aligning across teams and building shared design direction
- Experience working within design systems and contributing back to them
- Deep expertise in image editing workflows and tools, with a strong user empathy lens
- Ability to simplify and streamline complex workflows for everyday users
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills; capable of influencing partners and leadership
- Bonus Points: Passion for democratizing creative tools through intuitive design
- Familiarity with SEO, user acquisition paths, and their design implications
- Experience mentoring or leading designers
- Preferred Accessibility Design Skills: Experience designing accessible and inclusive interfaces for people with disabilities
- Understanding of applying WCAG conformance criteria in design
- Compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets
- Pay varies based on work location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
- Short-term incentives in form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) for non-sales roles
