About the role
- Lead Digital Media Sales in EMEA Education and develop/execute strategy and growth plans
- Ensure regional sales execution alignment to the WW Education strategy
- Daily interaction with leaders, sales reps, customer success managers and partners to remove obstacles and optimize resources
- Assess pipeline, sales activity and forecasts to drive quota attainment
- Engage with customer leadership to support sales process and ensure value realization
- Coach managers and sales teams on market development, prospecting, and complex deal negotiation
- Maintain understanding of business state and deliver accurate forecasts during weekly and quarterly reviews
- Monitor EMEA Education market conditions and work cross-functionally with GTM, Operations, Marketing, and BU teams
- Define and present progress and growth opportunities to senior leadership quarterly
- Attract, develop, retain and empower top sales talent
Requirements
- 10+ years of software sales management experience ideally with SaaS offerings in business or education sectors
- Proven ability to consistently generate revenue and exceed quota by running effective identification, qualification, and closing processes
- Proven success developing and executing account plans across K12 and Higher Education
- Experience negotiating and closing both volume and complex deals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to influence at executive level
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency applying data to assess business health
- Experience coaching managers and sales teams on market development, prospecting, and complex deal negotiations
- Experience with pipeline assessment, sales activity review, and accurate forecasting
