About the role
- Supervise operations at a service site, ensuring optimal performance, safety and customer satisfaction
- Support a team by aligning actions with the organization’s core values
- Ensure operational efficiency, financial performance and management of customer accounts
- Be actively involved in troubleshooting technical issues, budget management and ensuring optimal wind turbine performance
Requirements
- 2–3 years of management experience in a related service field
- Availability to work on-site and travel to various wind turbine locations as required
- Technical knowledge with expertise in hydraulic systems or heavy rotating machinery
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Valid driver’s license and passport
