About the role
- Set Marketing strategies to retain Service Contract Renewals
- Manage and nurture customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a single point of contact for key accounts
- Monitor on Payment Outstanding and collection on timely basis
- Securing T&M and New revenue streams for Service Business
- Drive engagement initiatives to enhance customer experience
- Analyze customer feedback and propose improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly
Requirements
- BE/B.Tech in any stream (mandatory)
- MBA in Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, or related field (preferred)
- 8-10 years in customer engagement, account management, or CRM roles
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
