About the role
- Work on monthly payroll input activities, administration forms, contracts/offers production
- Own HR inboxes, ensuring timely and empathetic resolution of employee inquiries
- Arrange visits with Company’s doctor upon request
- Maintain T&A and Workday data as needed
- Perform regular audit checks on data quality
- Take part in new systems implementation projects
- Support global Total Rewards team on benefits administration
- Support in the office with ID creation for new starters and any urgent topic
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in HR Operations or HR Services
- Fluency in English & German
- Experience in employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration)
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset
- High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
- Strong Excel knowledge – familiarity with pivot tables, etc
- Familiarity with Workday
- HR certification (e.g. CIPD)
