About the role
- Schedule jobs for service technicians on a daily, weekly, monthly basis
- Streamline workload and efficiently handle impacts on plans
- Balance all assigned Portfolio orders to ensure productivity
- Ensure service crew composition is up to date
- Manage crew schedules on a day-to-day basis
- Participate in periodic improvement activities to enhance KPIs and PPIs
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential
- SAP and/or Salesforce experience
- Proficiency in MS Office suite of programs
- Knowledge of LEAN principles
