- Provide workforce support for Shared Service Centre teams
- Lead workforce scaling initiatives and manage headcount planning
- Oversee core people processes across the employee lifecycle
- Communicate clearly and persuasively

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- c. 8+ years' experience in HR
- Experience working with international stakeholders
- Experience supporting workforce of c.1000
- Specific experience with IT workforces and Global Shared Service Centres
- Strong local labor relations experience
- Consulting or advisory background preferred
- Fluent in English – verbally and written.
