About the role

  • Design, develop, and improve workflow, modelling, and product‑related systems
  • Build and automate software solutions, including custom apps, cloud workflows, automated reporting, and logic for product configuration
  • Look across global teams and processes to spot inefficiencies and build scalable workflows
  • Test, troubleshoot, and improve reliability of software and data‑processing systems
  • Support the business with implementation, training, and guidance
  • Keep documentation and version control up to date
  • Work closely with stakeholders across different functions to share knowledge

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or similar
  • Demonstrated business and financial understanding with experience in commercial or finance‑related roles
  • Solid programming experience in a business setting, with skills in SQL, Excel, and languages such as .NET/VB/C#, Python, or R
  • Experience with software implementation and complex project execution
  • Experienced in working with large datasets
  • Clear communication skills in English and the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
