About the role
- Design, develop, and improve workflow, modelling, and product‑related systems
- Build and automate software solutions, including custom apps, cloud workflows, automated reporting, and logic for product configuration
- Look across global teams and processes to spot inefficiencies and build scalable workflows
- Test, troubleshoot, and improve reliability of software and data‑processing systems
- Support the business with implementation, training, and guidance
- Keep documentation and version control up to date
- Work closely with stakeholders across different functions to share knowledge
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or similar
- Demonstrated business and financial understanding with experience in commercial or finance‑related roles
- Solid programming experience in a business setting, with skills in SQL, Excel, and languages such as .NET/VB/C#, Python, or R
- Experience with software implementation and complex project execution
- Experienced in working with large datasets
- Clear communication skills in English and the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
