About the role
- Ensure end-to-end planning adherence, from material inbound to shipment of finished products
- Lead performance, cost & team, incl. running KPI reviews with clear escalation
- Assess and ensure feasibility of OSP and derive production plans based on capacity to meet commitments
Requirements
- Engineering degree or equivalent verified experience
- Lean Six Sigma Black belt or Green belt with documented history of delivering results
- Formal Leadership/ people management training (internal or external certification)
- Solid experience in manufacturing operations
