About the role
- Oversee service site operations, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and customer satisfaction
- Support a team by aligning their actions with the organization’s core values
- Ensure efficiency in team members' respective roles
- Provide leadership in safety, operational efficiency, financial performance, and client account management
- Be actively involved in technical problem-solving, budget management, and ensuring optimal turbine performance
Requirements
- 2–3 years of management experience in a related service field
- Availability to work on-site and travel (to different wind turbines) as required
- Technical knowledge, with expertise in hydraulic equipment or heavy rotating machinery
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Valid driver's license and passport
