Help standardize technology buying through unified source-to-pay processes and contracting standards
Lead sourcing and cross-functional teams across multiple categories and initiatives from strategy development through sourcing, contracting, and implementation
Develop organizational capability by mentoring, coaching, and building high-performing sourcing leaders and teams
Drive process improvements that increase customer happiness, reduce cycle time, and deliver efficiency gains while ensuring compliance with policies and mitigating supplier risk
Deploy leading-edge procurement solutions (e.g., AI, RPA, Chatbots, Process Mining) to drive automation and transform strategic sourcing processes

Requirements

10+ years of demonstrated leadership experience and expertise in strategic sourcing for Technology categories (enterprise software, SaaS/cloud, data/AI, or infra/services)
Experience in structuring and negotiating large-scale cloud agreements with hyperscalers
Solid understanding of cloud category market dynamics (offerings, pricing, competitive position, market trends)
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sourcing strategies that translate to significant business outcomes
Proven track record in building trusted relationships with diverse partners across all levels
Strong people-leadership capabilities, with a track record of attracting, developing, training and retaining outstanding talent
Experience embedding risk, compliance, and governance into sourcing and contracting processes
Experience leading high-profile, complex negotiations with multi-faceted relationships
