About the role
- Define and lead the Value Discovery strategy, shaping how customers discover, adopt, and build lasting habits around our most important capabilities
- Design and operationalize a cross-channel engagement framework
- Develop engagement messaging framework for key capabilities grounded in user value and existing workflows
- Build an always-on content strategy that employs trends, cultural moments, and seasonal events to promote new and existing value
- Partner cross-functionally with GTM, Product, Design, Growth, Lifecycle to align engagement strategy with roadmap priorities and business goals
- Drive measurable improvements in feature adoption, depth of usage, and multi-tool engagement
Requirements
- 10+ years in Product Marketing, Engagement, Lifecycle, or a related field in a subscription-based business
- Proven track record of increasing feature adoption, usage depth, retention, or multi-product engagement
- Experience building cross-channel engagement strategies (in-product, email, paid, owned)
- Comfort working closely with Product & Design teams, shaping roadmaps through customer insight, influencing prioritization
- Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to inform decisions and prioritize investments
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to drive clarity and alignment across functions
