- Drive cross-functional alignment across the global Enterprise
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and other teams
- Diagnose GTM execution breakdowns and synthesize data into problem statements
- Escalate risks and decisions early with concise options
- Lead cross-functional workstreams to deliver systemic fixes
- Establish insight-to-action loops
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise marketing or SaaS experience in Strategy, Sales Operations, Marketing, Consulting, or Pre-Sales
- Strong GTM experience and understanding of a SaaS customer lifecycle, sales cycles, and the factors that drive sales success
- Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills, including comfort developing hypotheses and crafting recommendations
- Experience leading cross-functional workstreams, aligning stakeholders, managing competing priorities, and driving progress through influence
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey complex ideas clearly
- Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives
